Babyface Nightlife is an adult entertainment venue. Strictly no underaged guests are allowed under any circumstances.

• All patrons must be at least 21 years of age to gain entry.
• Valid government-issued physical photo identification (KTP, Passport, or Driver’s License) must be presented upon entry. Digital copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to produce valid identification or appears intoxicated upon arrival.

We enforce a Smart Casual dress code to maintain an upscale atmosphere for all our guests.

Table and KTV Suite reservations are subjected to specific minimum spend thresholds based on the selected package or room size.

• Reservations are held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time before being released to walk-in guests.
• Advance deposits paid for table or suite reservations are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Unopened external bottles are subject to corkage fees.

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

• Zero tolerance for illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials. Security personnel conduct mandatory bag checks upon entry.
• Harassment, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior toward staff members or fellow patrons will result in immediate removal from the venue and a permanent ban.

Babyface Nightlife is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings within the venue or parking grounds.

Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to the venue’s property, audio equipment, KTV facilities, or furniture due to negligence or deliberate misconduct.
